The Floridian Hotel & Residences will be opening its doors in the Summer of 2007.  Located in the heart of International Drive, in Orlando, Florida, the Floridian will feature 82 fully equipped hotel residences tastefully decorated by an award winning design team.  

For a limited time, Residences at the Floridian are available for purchase.  Individual owners can enjoy the benefits of ownership themselves and have the opportunity to rent their hotel residence through the Floridian's rental program.  The Floridian and its rental program will be managed by Sterling Hotels & Resorts.
